- For non-perishable items that arrive damaged or defective, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Upon contact, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once the returned item reaches us and is verified, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. However, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- In the event you receive a non-perishable item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate the refund process.
- We will furnish you with a return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
- As a reminder, shipping fees are not subject to refund.
Cancellations:
- Should you need to cancel an order, we urge you to act swiftly. Once an order is in the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it.
